3.1 When personal information is collected from you it may be used by us to corroborate your identity and to enable us to provide you with the services we offer through this site such as future e-mail mailings, support, notification of new service, general correspondence regarding our services and correspondence which may relate to you.

Our contact database will enable us to develop partnerships with potential recruiters and advertisers and to store profiles of jobseekers so that we can match them to the positions that are posted on the site.

3.2 Whilst we make all reasonable efforts to commence our Services within the time specified, any times or dates stated on our Site for commencement of our Services are estimates only and we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
3.3 You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order or by sending a cheque to Jobswithballs.com, PO BOX 10710, Sutton Coldfield, B75 5YG, England. The price of our Services is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of the Services before you place an order and/or before your order is accepted. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our Site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see paragraph 3.4 below). We will inform you if our Services correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order our Services at the correct price.
3.4 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ("Confirmation") to the email address you have given us on registration or on ordering. Whether or not you receive our Confirmation, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between you and us.
