The highly innovative CLR Global Group's primary focus is the provision of specialist recruitment services in the Culture and Leisure sectors, that also through client demand works broadly in the wider Human Resources arena. Recruitment is predominately international in scope, with much of our business being outside of the U.K. The candidate database is international (130 countries and growing daily) to reflect the list of clients. CLR Global's Consultants are based across the world with access to central systems via secure web-enabled technology and office space if needed is world wide.

Founded in 2001, this is a ‘born global’ business with Directors based in England, France and North America. The global network of Associate Consultants is coordinated virtually and supported by a central offshore back office function. CLR Global Group companies currently have operations in the Middle East, North America and Europe, and work with a client base across four continents.

At present most work is generated from large scale, long term clients in the Middle East, Indian Ocean and Southern and Eastern Africa – although Asia and opportunities in the Far East feature heavily on the Groups current strategic development radar.

The CLR Global Group and it's associated ventures core specialism remains Culture and Leisure: Culture being new museum builds and the development of heritage sites and Leisure concentrating on international sports events and their integral tourism developments.
