The NRA is a small governing body which is managed by a group of volunteers called the Executive Committee. These members have responsibility for particular parts of the sport, as well as the overall responsibility for ensuring the effective governance of rounders.
They are supported by a small team of paid officers, 3 full time and 4 part time.
